Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial supply chain processes.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP FSCM Credit Management.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other enterprise systems.

Understanding of agile software development methodologies and best practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
