Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Proficiency in Go Programming Language.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software components.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Go Programming Language.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
