Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.

Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration and analytics solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to work with complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
