Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.

Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and system monitoring.

Strong knowledge of database security principles and implementation.

Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts related to SAP HANA.

Experience working with cloud-based database environments and integration with enterprise applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
