Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

Strong experience in customizing and configuring SAP Financial Supply Chain Management modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions within the SAP environment.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other SAP or third-party systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to credit management and financial workflows.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
