Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions across diverse systems.

Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing integration workflows for performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
