Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development in the field.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with AD Aftermarket.

Strong understanding of application design and development principles.

Experience with system integration and configuration management.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
