Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead design, build, and configuration efforts while serving as the primary contact. Youll collaborate with teams to align development with business goals, oversee timelines, ensure stakeholder communication, and guide problem-solving to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining best practices.
Technical Experience :

Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
