Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Strong understanding of quality management processes within software development environments.

Experience in integrating quality management solutions with enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues related to quality management.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
