Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques within SAP environments.

Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization for SAP HANA platforms.

Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using SAP ABAP.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools to support iterative delivery.

Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex SAP applications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
