Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Openlink Endur.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, ASP.NET MVC.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.

Ability to work with diverse technology stacks and integrate multiple systems.

Familiarity with client-focused software customization and deployment.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Openlink Endur.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
