Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.

Strong knowledge of report design and data extraction techniques within Workday environments.

Experience in developing complex custom reports and dashboards to support business analytics.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize reporting performance for large datasets.

Familiarity with integrating Workday reports with other enterprise systems and data sources.

Skilled in interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical reporting solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.
