This role serves as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
• Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code.
