• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration processes in IT service management.
