• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Experience in designing cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud applications.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools within the Azure ecosystem.
• Competence in integrating various cloud services to build comprehensive solutions.
