• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of application virtualization and remote desktop services.
• Ability to configure and optimize Citrix environments for performance and security.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools related to virtual applications and desktops.
• Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks within Citrix platforms.

• This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
