Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate application performance.
• Familiarity with analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks or issues.
• Experience in integrating testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
