Roles Responsibilities:

implement scalable customer data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer data platforms (CDP), data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and Salesforce platform development.

This role will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver real-time customer insights and personalized experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Professional Technical Skills:

Design and configure Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Streams, Calculated Insights, and Unified Profiles.

Implement data space, streams, data ingestion and transformation pipelines from Salesforce and external systems.

Configure Identity Resolution and Customer 360 profiles.

Develop and optimize data mappings and harmonization rules.


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.

Experience with data integration and management within Salesforce environments.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
