Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to application design and configuration.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing data models and developing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database architecture and integration techniques.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data modeling and application development.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
