Summary:
Proactive and skilled L2 Operations Tech Lead. Will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team of EDS, troubleshooting, and supporting data workflows built on AWS, Apache PySpark, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of addressing production issues, ensuring SLAs are met, and escalating unresolved problems appropriately.

Roles Responsibilities:
1.More numbers years of experience in L2 support or similar operational roles and as a Tech Lead.
2.Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services. e.g- S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch.
3.Experience working with Data Engineering and Apache Pyspark and handling distributed data processing, Databricks..
4.Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data operations.
5.Strong SQL skills for querying and debugging relational datasets.
6.Good understanding of ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
7.Familiarity with support tools like CloudWatch Logs, SNS, SQS, and basic monitoring tools.
8.Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders across geographies


Professional Technical Skills:
1.Strong with Data Engineering(Primary Skill) , Apache Pyspark, Python, AWS, MSSQL, Databricks.
2.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to work in complex, distributed environments.
3.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4.Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
5.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
6.Certification in AWS or related cloud technologies.
7.Experience supporting commercial vehicle telematics or automotive data systems.
8.Exposure to DevOps tools or CI-CD processes.
9.Good knowledge of data lake architecture and big data handling
