As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality software products.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs.
