Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization concepts.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
