• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Asset Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Asset Management and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management applications.
