- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to effectively manage project workflows.
- Experience in coordinating cross-team collaboration and managing project timelines within agile environments.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Skilled in using project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report status updates.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
