• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Strong experience in writing efficient and maintainable stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Ability to optimize complex queries and troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in integrating PLSQL code with application layers and ensuring data integrity.
