Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in .NET Architecture.

Strong experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.

Strong .NET skills (C#, REST API, GRPC, SQL Server, GCP Knowledge, Experience: 8 years +).

Sound knowledge of OOPs concepts, Preferred cloud knowledge : GCP

Ability to apply agile development methodologies effectively in a team environment.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system performance.

Experience in integrating software components and third-party programs.

Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
