SUMMARY:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for software development.

Familiarity with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules and external systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionalities and workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
