The role also includes maintaining existing software, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth delivery and functionality across client projects. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving activities to support ongoing application performance and improvements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
• Understanding of database integration and basic query optimization. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
