Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer actively engages in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions that align with project goals and client expectations. Collaboration and continuous refinement of software components are key aspects of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience with database design and integration using relational and NoSQL databases. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
