• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
• Experience in managing database administration and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting system availability and performance.
• Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
• Competence in monitoring system health and implementing backup and recovery procedures. Additional Information:
