The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve system reliability. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and address issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components meet client expectations and operate smoothly across multiple environments. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
• Experience in managing SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Ability to monitor and optimize database and application server performance.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Additional Information:
