• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to design and implement modular and reusable UI components that align with business requirements.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and integration of backend APIs to support dynamic application behavior. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
