- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
