- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build efficient applications.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integrating machine learning models into production environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
