Summary:

Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Configure and customize workflows, business rules, and automation.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
Support testing, deployment, and upgrade activities
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams solution design support

- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components within complex systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow platforms.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
