Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective software solutions. You will engage in designing applications that align with organizational processes, ensuring that the developed systems support operational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to refine requirements and contribute to the overall project lifecycle, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of software applications tailored to business needs.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously update technical documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure quality and performance standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with software design principles and application development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within financial software environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
