• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in scripting and automation to support integration tasks.
• Capability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
