Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
• Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to billing processes and application performance.
