Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of financial systems and data management.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
