Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong knowledge of quality management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in quality assurance.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Quality Management applications. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
