• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and effective problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Experience in financial process integration and configuration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and their application in software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with system testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
• Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
