The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects of the project, facilitating collaboration, and driving the team towards successful completion of tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
