• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Agentforce.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce environments.
• Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field service applications.
• Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
