• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to work with agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across integrated systems.
