Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices within SAP environments.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP MDG workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for enhancing user interfaces related to master data management.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
