Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, enabling the creation of solutions that meet specific business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA databases.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise applications.
• Ability to work with integration technologies and understand data flow between SAP modules and external systems.
• Experience in developing and enhancing user interfaces using SAP UI5 or similar technologies.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
