• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions Functional Management.
• Must have IFS Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within custom software environments.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
