As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. The position demands continuous engagement with various teams to ensure that the developed applications align with the intended business processes and deliver optimal functionality. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical design activities with communication and coordination efforts to support seamless project progression and successful implementation of custom software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
