Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications align with business goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve efficiency and user experience. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and configurations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with debugging and optimizing front-end performance.
