• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across diverse systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies and message brokering concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software. Additional Information:
